Heritage Key's Tennis Villas are built with the Outinord tunnel-form system, a method of concrete construction that produces high-ceilinged, energy-efficient homes that are sound, fire and weather resistant, and termite-proof. ARCHITECTURE
The world-renowned resort architectural firm of Fugleberg Koch designed the Tennis Villas in a Spanish Revival style, bringing to Heritage Key the same tranquil and serene atmosphere found at Mediterranean resorts.

RENTAL OPTION
The versatile lock-out design of our Tennis Villas allows them to accommodate two separate parties with complete privacy, so owners can keep one of the units for their personal use while renting the other.
